2010 Revised ADA Service Animal Definition: Service animals are working animals, not pets. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. Per the California Penal Code, section 365.7 (1994), and the California Food and Agricultural Code, section 30850(b) (2004), “falsely claiming an animal to be a service pet is a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment in county jail for six months, a fine of up to $1000.00, or both.” $25.00 non-refundable daily pet fee per pet / Legitimate service pets are exempt. Pet/s must be leash-restrained by guest at all times when outside of guestroom. Pet/s must not be left unattended in guestroom or vehicle. Pet/s are not allowed in the pool area. Please take your pet/s to the designated pet relief area for any bathroom usage, and remove/discard any pet waste. Pet relief area is located at the front of the property on Main Street. Guest is responsible for any and all property damage or personal injury caused by pet/s. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel and hotel owner/operator from all liability and damages suffered as a result of pet/s. Our standard cancellation policy allows you to cancel your booking without penalty up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee equivalent to one night's stay. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Please do not use the Towels in your room to dry your boat, we will charge you for damages. We have bags of rags available in the office for your convenience. Please do not run extention cords through your room window to charge your boat. Please do not clean or cook fish in your room, the smell is hard to get out. You will be charged a cleaning fee. No reserved parking . It is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. If you have cones holding parking spaces we will move them. If you have any questions please feel free to ask Management.
